The Hotel was great! Beautifully restored and situated handy to the Octagon. I was supremely happy in the suite with views of First Church and the park. Staff were friendly even when they asked us to keep the noise down. Fully recommend Leviathan.
This hotel has been redecorated extremely comfortable we had a fabulous quiet room within easy walking distance to tourist attractions and the hospital. Parking available. Meals are also available at the hotel.
Economy room was perfect for a night when visiting for graduation. Clean and comfortable room, great shower. Nice and quiet on 2nd floor.
Cooked breakfast in large stunning dining room was fantastic. Chef made me an omelette since I don't eat meat. Walking distance to most areas. Free parking across busy road.
Right in town, great place, great staff, awesome generous sized meals also at a great price, staff are welcoming with whatever you need, nothing is a problem. Highly recommended, open 24 hrs for check in.
Location, cleanliness, laundry facilities, really nice and helpful staff, handy parking in the centre of town, and good reasonably priced evening meals. This hotel met all our requirements.
Fantastic location very close to everything we wanted to see and do in Dunedin. Parking great. Room comfortable and quiet and a lovely lounge to use. I slept well so no complaints about the bed.
Handy location, great parking, awesome staff. Restaurant onsite fantastic, even made off menu dish for my daughter post surgery. Been several times before and will definitely stay again.
